Tony Naquan Woolard

I am Tony Woolard, founder of Harborage Law PLLC in Westbrook, Connecticut. Before I became an attorney, I was a scientist: a postgraduate researcher in pulmonary and critical care at Yale School of Medicine, with a master's degree in biology from Harvard. That training taught me precision and patience, and I am grateful it now serves the small business owners and creators I work with every day.

My practice focuses on federal trademark registration for clients nationwide, and on contracts and business counseling for Connecticut businesses. I am licensed to practice law in Connecticut and admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Before founding Harborage Law, I served as in-house IP counsel for an international company and practiced intellectual property law at firms in Connecticut and Rhode Island. In 2024, I was humbled to receive the In-House Impact Award at the New England Legal Awards.

I built Harborage Law to be exactly what its name suggests: a safe harbor. Legal matters are stressful, and too many business owners have been left guessing about their bills.
