I have a great deal of experience in contract negotiation, drafting and review. While an Assistant Attorney General, I reviewed and negotiated a wide variety of state contracts in amounts from $3,000 to almost a billion dollars. These incuded procurement contracts, personal service agreements, grant agreements, non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements, and large state construction contracts. This experience has carried over into my private practice.

I have represented clients sucessfullly in both personal injury and Workers Compensation matters since the beginning of my career.
