I want to start by saying that when I meet Isabella for the first time during out initial visit we decided to hire her and have her be our lawyer during our immigration process. Isabella was very knowledgeable of the law and what we needed to do as my husband enter the country without inspection. We ...where advice of what our options where from the beginning and found she was a person we needed in our side. My husband is not fluent in English and her knowledge of Spanish language made my husband comfortable with her as he was able to ask questions and she would answer him in his native language. It took us a few years to get my husband green card approved and when we first started they had no law permitting me to petition for him. We started with the initial application with was the I-130, it was the only thing we could do until the law changed. Once the provisional waiver was available Isabella called us and informed us what we need to do and what needed to be submitted. My husband and I started the process and submitted all the documentation with the help of Isabella. Once we submitted our I-601 hardship waiver with all the supporting document Isabella informed us it would take 3-4 months before we heard anything and she made sure all the documents and all that was needed to be submitted to avoid delays. We heard back and our waiver was approved the first time with no issues. We receive a request for more information 2 days after the approval and we got confused as this was the first time this had ever happens. Isabella called us in we submitted all the additional information requested and told us to relax and not to worried. Since we did not hear back for a few months Isabella called and send over a request to see where the process was. We receive notice that our file was at the processing center waiting for us to continue with the case. They only ask for the additional information to have but our original approval was approved the first time. We got together and send the additional information to get our interview schedule at the US Embassy in Mexico in Cuidad Juarez. All the documentation was accepted with out need anything else and we waited for our interview date. Again Isabella was very knowledgeable and explain what would happened and to get ourselves ready. We got our date and meet with Isabella to finish the last details and confirm. I was worried about going but she explain it was safe and everything would be fine. She even gave us her personal number Incase we needed to call her while in Mexico or if we had any questions. Everything when find in Cuidad Juarez and my husband got his visa approved. I called immediately and left Isabella a message as she was not available and she called us and I expressed how happy I was and that everything had gone well as she had explained to us. I will highly recommend Isabella with any immigration issues as she proved and when above to be available to us and even called us when she was not at work just to put us at ease. While waiting to come back from Mexico my husband was afraid he did not have all he need to enter back to the USA. I emailed Isabella and she not only help she called Ruben and help him with his stress and told him what to expect once he entered. Overall I will always recommend her fro anyone needing to do immigration process. Not only as I stated before she is very knowledgeable of the laws and made us feel as we where her number on priority.
