Biography
I take a holistic and unorthodox approach to my cases. Lawsuits are not usually justified unless there is a serious violation of individual rights or a catastrophic or life altering injury. Suing over small harms and insults rarely benefits anyone, and causes disrespect for the most fundamental part of our bill of rights. So I take the decision to recommend suit very seriously, and I ask myself what is the client goal. Sometimes its not just about compensation, it is about being heard and bringing closure.
