Things were looking very bleak. I did not understand what was happening, DCF had just ruled against me, I never even had a chance to explain myself, my career, my marriage, my life seemed to just be melting away. My reputation was already destroyed as my situation had now become, “Breaking News” acro...ss the state. Then, just then, when I was at the lowest point in my confusion and despair, I could not believe it but my phone rang and it was Joe Jaumann. Not a paralegal with another pre-interview application but an empathetic, knowledgeable and friendly human voice.
