Eamonn De Santiago Wisneski

Eamonn S. Wisneski practices primarily in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and civil litigation matters. Attorney Wisneski has years of experience in a wide variety of cases, such as motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall cases, ice and snow cases, product liability cases, dog bites, uninsured and underinsured motorist cases, wrongful death, and other negligent and intentional tort cases.

Attorney Wisneski was recognized as a Connecticut Super Lawyer “Rising Star” in 2012 and 2013 in accordance with the Super Lawyer selection process. He also received the "New Leader in the Law" designation from the Connecticut Law Tribune in November 2013.

Prior to joining Dzialo, Pickett & Allen, P.C., Attorney Wisneski worked for two other law firms in the practice of personal injury, worker’s compensation, appellate advocacy, and other civil litigation matters. He also worked as a clerk in the Superior Court Clerk’s office in the Judicial District of Middlesex in Middletown following his graduation from law school.

He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2005, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Quinnipiac University in 2001. Attorney Wisneski is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and the U.S. District Court (District of Connecticut).

Attorney Wisneski is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Connecticut Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, and the Connecticut Hispanic Bar Association. He is active in the Young Lawyers Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, being named a Chair of the Litigation Section in 2011 and continuing to serve in that capacity. Attorney Wisneski’s work for the CBA-YLS was recognized when he received the “Star of the Year” award for the 2012-2013 bar year.

Attorney Wisneski was raised in Middletown, graduated from Middletown High, and currently resides in the Forest City with his wife and son.
