Denise Lynn Evarts

My experience with Denise Evarts was horrible! She did not present herself professionally at all was always unsure of herself and the laws. I do not recommend hiring her at all . I hired her to do a job and she forgot to file motions , was late all the time and unprepared. Very disappointing and cost... me a lot of money as to this day I have no itemized finale Bill . Just a verbal request for money!

This attorney was terrible to work with. She was disorganized and unreliable; she made countless mistakes; and overall, she proved to be not very knowledgable. She would routinely show up late to conferences, forget about appointments, or double-book herself. She would promise to do something but alw...ays fail to do it. The other attorneys involved in the case were forced to pick up slack and were visibly exasperated with her. Her billing, too, was all over the place. No regular bills, and then the ones she eventually sent were unspecific and full of unexplained charges.
