Attorney Pinder agreed to take on an extremely difficult real estate transaction. At least 3 other attorneys reviewed this file and declined to take it on because of the difficult nature of the case and the amount of time that would be required. Attorney Pinder expended all the time needed to bring t...he transaction to a successful conclusion. Her perseverance was amazing and she always kept all parties informed of the progress of the case. Highly recommend!!!

I hired attorney Pinder to handle my divorce case. The initial interview with attorney Pinder was very uplifting, full of statements and promises that she later did not deliver. After two months it became clear that attorney Pinder is not qualified to handle the case. During court activities when doc...uments were presented to her she failed to look through them. When false and diminishing accusations were made against me she failed to respond. On daily basis attorney Pinder was extremely irresponsive. She did not respond to e-mails and ignored phone calls. In order to get her attention I would have to call the office and schedule an in-person meeting. She never followed through on the decisions made during the meetings which resulted in a lot of wasted time and money. After three months I chose to go with another attorney who was extremely professional and supportive throughout the length of the case. During the transition, attorney Pinder provided zero cooperation. Once our contract was terminated it took many e-mails and several weeks to receive a billing statement, the first one I saw from her during the three months of our work together. She owed me a part of the retainer. It took a long time (and again many follow up e-mails) for her to pay back the balance. Having worked with more than one attorney during my divorce, I would certainly NOT recommend attorney Pinder and would strongly advise against working with her.
