My practice focuses on personal injury claims with an emphasis on auto accidents, falldowns and defective products. I also have an established practice as a Medicare Set-aside consultant with regard to Medicare's review of workers' compensation claims.  I completed an on-line course with the University of Florida in 2008 and received my certification as a Set-aside consultant.  I am also a member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals..  I have been retained by many attorneys to submit the necessary information to Medicare with regard to their clients workers' compensation settlements.
