I have used Atty. Cirillo for both a divorce and child custody matter. He was excellent in getting me what I needed done. He was honest enough to tell me what he thought I could and could not get at the outcome of each case with a judge. ( I'm not sure what the other reviewer was talking about......sometimes people just don't like hearing the truth about their own situations). I certainly had no issue with Attorney Cirillo at all!

I hired this lawyer to contest a will for me.He was someone I knew personally who didn't specialize in probate matters but I thought he was honest.I paid this guy $3500 up front as a retainer. When I questioned one thing on his first bill he got upset. He charged me 2 hours to file a motion that got ...dismissed in 3 min by the judge. He said it took 2 hours because he had to look everything up in the law books because he didn't know how to use a computer. The motion I wanted him to file was to dismiss my sisters attourney because he was the attorney that wrote my fathers will. Then he files a motion to dismiss himself frm the case without even consulting me . He just sent me a letter saying I quit.

James Cirillo, Jr. assisted me in a divorce from my husband and he obtained a result that was very satisfactory. His paralegal was also very helpful and friendly. It did take time to get a returned phone call sometimes, but they were always returned within a couple of days. Overall, I was very p...leased with his legal services and would recommend him to anyone getting a divorce
