Unresponsive and sets up consultations that she does not attend

I set up a consultation with this attorney to make some time sensitive modifications to my custody agreement and the time comes for the consultation call, which I took time away from my work day for, and I never received a call. I received an apology text from her after 5:00 that day saying she got ...stuck in court. I shrugged that off because I know things happen and that may have been the case, but a simple text saying she was not going to be able to meet would have been nice, rather than me waiting around for the call. Her text asked if I was available for a consultation the following week at a specific time. Well, once again……I took time out of my workday and waited and did not get a call again. I text asking if she was going to meet as we had a consultation scheduled and tried calling her office and left a message. No response! Now, I have wasted a good week and a half and then some on remedying some very time sensitive custody issues! Just downright unprofessional! Makes me wonder if she would show up to court on time if I actually went with her as my attorney. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise!

Top Shelf Lawyer

This is my second go around using Lindsay as my attorney. You couldn’t ask for a better lawyer she is thorough, direct, and does not take any gruff from anyone. Working with her on my custody case was very easy. She treats you like family and will fight tooth and nail for you. I am truly blessed ...to have her as my attorney. She will be always on retainer for me and my family. Thank you Lindsay for all your support.

Amazing lawyer

I acquired Mrs. Savona’s services after 10 months with another highly touted law firm and around 10,000 dollars spent. Still guiding me to spend more money and go to trial, during and pandemic, I left and hired Lindsay Savona. She held one mediation and I was divorced within 2 months. She was kind an...d direct and felt like I was just working with a close friend. It was very comfortable and she was a complete breath of fresh air. It renewed my faith that good is out there in law, and not all about greed and money and being taken advantage of. I believe she is the most trustworthy and forthcoming lawyer and would advise anyone looking for a kind moral and ethical lawyer to be represented by her . Thank you Lindsay for all your help.

Glad I hired her, and would do so again

My marriage had clearly ended in all but name alone, and it was time to go through legal process associated with divorce. I met with Lindsay for the initial consultation, and she was upfront and honest with exactly what to expect throughout the process, including associated fees and timelines. Sh...e didn't promise big and not deliver, she put it into very easy terms for me, a guy who was an emotional wreck at the time, to understand. She stood by me every step of the way, she maintained contact and kept me up to date on everything that was happening on the legal side of things. There were times when I'm sure I wasn't a joy to deal with, but she stuck with me and helped me through it. This divorce took some nine months from initial filing to final judgement, and she put in alot of work on my behalf. From meetings with both lawyers and the ex, to emails to even texts at some points, she was constantly engaged with representing me to the best of her ability and making sure the outcome was as 'just/fair' as possible. Looking back, I could not have asked for more. She pushed to move things along when they stalled, she filed motions to make things progress when they stalled, and she did what was in not only in my best interest, but in the best interest of my daughter. While there are still a few loose ends being tied up, the final judgement and day in court is over, and she helped me get through this very difficult chapter and move on with my life. I can't recommend her or her firm highly enough.

Finding the right attorney isn't easy

I had looked up Lindsay's profile on Google search over a year ago, when looking for a divorce attorney for myself. This was something I never dreamed I would ever need to do. From there I found myself interviewing several attorneys either by phone or in person, at least 12. I was determined to f...ind the right one. I had even hired one and then realized I had made a mistake, after I felt panicked about the idea of working with a Male attorney. He understood and kindly suggested a couple female contacts he thought would suit me better. Meeting Lindsay in person helped to solidify my decision. I felt safe and heard, during the most vulnerable time of my life. She was the right balance of being what I saw as professional and was treated as a person, not just part of a legal process. Fast forwarding...now that I lived through my divorce, I can safely say that Lindsay Savona was the right choice for me. I found Lindsay quick on her feet, thorough and tough when she needed to be and yet fair. I knew she was there to act in my best interest emotionally and financially. Even though I wasn't the easiest client to deal with, at times. While having moments of high anxiety when hearing untruths, and accusations being throwned out at me from the other side. Antiexy triggers after years of emotional and physiological abuse, being repeated again and again, during this process caused my emotions to run high at times. While my soon to be ex remained looking calm and innocent to the outside world. It was my ability to finally see the abuse for what that was, when other couldn't only made this situation feel worse and yet during it all.. Lindsay helped me to keep it together and keep my focus on the goal at hand.... and not let the munipulatation continue to trigger my emotions as much as they had in the past. I will never forget what she said to me.. I believe you...you don't need to defend yourself to me. I know you want a peaceful life. We are going to get you that, as I felt concern for me and sincerity in her voice. And she did help me fo get that... So now as I sit in my own space..I am forever grateful to Lindsay who helped me fight through the most difficult moments, in order to find the much needed peace I was looking for. To allow me space and room to continue to grow and heal now that I finally have my life back. It was worth every minute of the challenge but couldn't have done it alone. Thanks to Lindsay...this truly is the first day of the rest of my life.
