Estate settlement

I was Executor for my Brother in Law's Estate. It was a lengthy process and Conrad did a great job of navigating the institutional parties in the process. He answered my questions promptly, and if he didn't know the answer, he found out. I know his specialty is appeals, but he was very competent i...n the Estate settlement process as well. I can highly recommend his services.

5 stars doesn't do justice

I hired Conrad as my attorney for the sale of my home and the purchase of a new home. He did a great job in both instances however with the buying process he went more than above and beyond. I worked with what ended up being a very complicated and unorganized lender and Conrad and his team worked m...ore than overtime to accommodate all their, at times, excessive requests. An example of the extra work put in by Conrad was going to the town hall after business hours in order to record the deed. I can honestly say I do not feel I would have been able to close on my house in the timeline I did if it were not for Conrad. My family was out of a home and we were in desperate need to close and be able to move into our new home and Conrad and his team work tirelessly to ensure we were able to close as quickly as possible. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and I wholeheartedly recommend Conrad as an attorney.
