Sadly I've had the misfortune of a ten year battle in the Connecticut court system on divorce, parenting time, and fair child support. I've had multiple lawyers through this process and consider myself a veteran consumer of family law, unfortunately. Attorney Caisse is unlike any of the other lawy...ers I have worked with because he doesn't practice law to do whatever his client wants. He listens to your needs and strives to attain them, but only if they are reasonable, winnable, and fair. He is principled, ethical, and honest. He understands what the courts will likely do and uses that information to help think through tough issues. He is a brutally tough litigator (I would hate to have him question me on the witness stand) and equally strong negotiator. He is deeply familiar with relevant case law. Judges respect him because of his character, his history with them, and his legal acumen.
