Primary area of practice has been personal injury for 25 years. Cases include wrongful deaths, medical malpractice, automobile accidents, slip and fall, product liability.

Bseides personal injury, I aslo represent clients in all manner of ltigation ranging from contractual matters, landlord tenant, commercial issues, real estate disputes and general litigation.

I handle criminal cases ranging from disorderly conduct, motor vehicle DWI to major felonies such as sexual assaults, robbery, and possession and sale of illegal substances. I began my criminal practice both prosecuting and defending courts-martial cases while on active duty with the Navy as a JAG Corps officer.

Our office routinely does both residential and commercial real estate closings. Although my primary practice is litigation I also do closingss but the bulk of those matters are done by my partners.
