Exxon and winning several favorable opinions on the same subject from the Northern District of Illinois in Adamczyk v. Lever Brothers. His cases include 401(k) fraud cases with multi-million recoveries like the successful settlements in Connecticut of Briere v. Emergi-Lite and Wasley v. Bulakites.
