I was the winning bidder at a CT Foreclosure Auction on Jan 6, 2024. Adams was the Committe Atty at the Auction. He is thee worst Committee Attorney handling foreclosure auctions in the State of CT! This guy offers deals to his friends before properties go to auction. He lies to you at the auction ab...out how bad things are in order for you to walk away so he or his friend can get the property at a reduced rate. He then lies to you telling you he files all paperwork "early next week" YET here it is over a MONTH LATER and NOTHING FILED with the Court! EVERY Committee Atty in CT files their docs within 3 business days and this guy had 5 weeks and has not filed a GD thing! On biz day 3 I asked where are the filed docs and the sarcasm and vindictiveness began!!! He then promises to "Keep you in the loop" to your own lawyer and he can't even do that! In past 4 weeks, no calls, texts or return emails. He filed NOTHING. I filed a Grievance Complaint with the State Bar. My lawyer is going after him and we are seeking the waiving of his bill. that he loses any future auctions to conduct plus punitive damages. Do NOT hire this POS and if you happen to see him at a CT Judicial Foreclosure Auction, just go home because it will never get processed with the Court!
