Why haven't you contacted me after numerous attempts to reach you through emails and numerous calls for months when you put me this precarious situation you have caused a disable senior citizen to be homeless at 65 years of age and I see you have no heart. No fresh start for me. I should have file ...my own petition instead of paying you. Why did you do this to me?

I contacted Jonathan over two years ago to discuss bankruptcy. Jonathan has always been professional and friendly to not only my husband and I, but on the rare occasion that we had to bring our kids to his office, he was respectful and friendly to them as well. Our first plan was to file for Chapte...r 13 bankruptcy, but after two attempts of trying to swing the payments, our family came to the realization that we just couldn't save our house. When we contacted Jonathan with what we had concluded, he showed kindness and empathy to us. Never once did he lecture us for our situation. We converted to Chapter 7, and we are in a better place than we were two years ago, thanks to Jonathan.
