Biography
Attorney Linda Bertolette has over 30 years of practice experience in family law, personal injury, workers’ compensation claims, real estate transactions, and probate . She uses her vast experience to offer the most effective legal solutions to your problem. Attorney Bertolette has a reputation throughout the community for ethical practice and a winning record and is known for her candid and approachable style to litigation. Linda, born and raised on a farm in Litchfield County, Connecticut, graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in Political Science, lived abroad in London during her Junior year of college, and received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law. In between college and law school Linda worked for two years as a financial analyst in New York City. During law school, Linda was a two-year intern for the State of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection Litigation Division. Linda has been appointed as a Special Master in Hartford and New Britain Family Courts and assists the Court with settling family cases. Linda is a member of the Hartford County Bar Association and Connecticut Bar Association.
Outside of work, Linda is busy with her husband, son, twin daughters and their many pets including three dogs, two cats and a rescue parrot. Linda enjoys reading, travel, crossword puzzles, rock concerts, great restaurants and watching all the sports her children are playing in.
