I was recommended to seek legal help from atty: Jefferson Jelly after a divorce and custody case spiralled into a criminal case. I already had custody of the child in question then, but my ex-wife was hell-bent on reversing the court order that gave me custody of our child before the divorce was se...ttled. So, she made false criminal complaints against me that required further lawyering up. Atty: Jelly educated me about my case and reassured me about some fears I had. He represented me from 2004 till 2005. He was punctual in every court session, informative, kind, considerate and funny by far. I’d recommend him to any one who’d ask.

He got my brother indicted after he was supposed to defend him in court. Jefferson told my brother to not testify for himself in a high level case AND represented the family of the victim in this case and purposefully sunk my brother’s case. He is very sexual with female clients and sometimes... will make a pass at you. He is a dishonorable man and it’s a disgrace that out of the passionate and qualified individuals out there pursuing law he is what they have to look up to as inspiration. Whatever school or organization awarded him his degree AND allowed him to practice independently must’ve felt bad for him because the knowledge, professionalism, and attitude are not that of any self-respecting business-oriented professional. NOT WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. DO NOT HIRE HIM— unless you want to pick your own jurors, conduct and pay for your own private investigation, and be left not receiving a call/update for weeks on end.
