I hired Will to represent me in a slam-dunk custody case. He collected my retainer plus more for motions and papers that he claimed to have filed, but upon investigation by another atty he actually never did. In fact, he never submitted anything on my case. I asked him to file for custody and amen...d our protective order for months, one costing $500 upfront and he never filed a single thing on my case...not one single motion. I didn't receive any child support for months and he did nothing when my ex emptied our joint account. He told me to move out of my home with my child while not receiving any financial support with the promise of getting me child support at our final hearing. Instead, the other atty cancelled our hearing and Will did nothing about it. He didn't even file for child support for me. He wouldn't ever schedule the meetings he said he wanted to have, he ignored my calls and texts, he allowed my case to fall off the calendar and was so unprepared that our judge even reprimanded him during court and all but accused him of running the clock on me. Ultimately I terminated the representation, but he certainly kept every penny of the $3,000 that he didn't do a thing to earn.

I hired Watson for $3,000 for a felony. Mind you this was my first offense and I was only 19 years old. He gotten in an argument with the prosecutor and was unprepared in court. The charges stuck and I am now a convicted felon. The charges were possession of marijuana with intent to sell and misdemea...nor possession. The best deal he could get me was 3 years jail, suspended after 6 months, 3 years probation. Everybody I've spoken to says this deal was ludicrous and I could have gotten a better deal from a public defender. This guy is horrible. He is a little late and busy allot. But he knows what he is doing. I owe this man my life and if anybody feels they are not getting the right council from him the only reason being is they lied to him. That is his golden rule. Do not lie or waste his time cause he is your lawyer. He has also gotten o...ther people off on some pretty serious stuff. He lights up the room and has a golden tongue and knows the right people.

William Watson was hired to defend me from charges of threatening a neighbor (who had just assaulted and destroyed a part of my property) and possession of a silencer or sawed-off shotgun. The later charge was never dropped as I requested by supplying a receipt for the purchase of a fake silencer. Th...is receipt vanished in attorney Watson's stack of notes. When I sought its return the evening before my day in court, one of Watson's partners verbally assaulted me and shewed me out of the office. I was planning to defend myself partly using this piece of evidence along with a brief narrative explaining the situation. Having missed or cancelled most of our appointments, Watson showed up in court next day and proceeded with his application for "accelerated rehabilitation." The judge having only heard the prosecutor read a note from my accuser and from attorney Watson a plea for mercy, granted the application but added 50 hours of community service.
