I wouldn't use again. Smooth just like any other attorney. You cant trust him either just like any other attorney. Pressured me to settle a personally injury lawsuit promising to take a pay cut. On his advice I did and after I signed then he trumped up all these extra charges that he took off the bil...l to bring it back down to his original fee. So basically from a 45k settlement he promised that he, the doctors etc, would take a pay cut. When it was all said and done. He got his normal 1/3. After you sign you will be always contacting him for an update not the other way around. Wanted to fire him numerous times. Should have trusted my first instinct. Save the headache and find older more qualified representation. Did I mention he let Geico;s attorney tear me to shreds during the depo twice and you could clearly tell he was out classed. Basically told the other attorney I give. Scared to really go to trial but he will go thru the motions up until the last day before waving the white flag. Again find a more experienced law firm.
