Robert Joseph Johnson

I have over 23 years’ experience as an insurance defense attorney, representing individuals, businesses, and insurers in a variety of civil matters. I defend clients in cases involving automobile accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, product liability, wrongful death, Dram Shop, and catastrophic property loss. I have extensive trial experience in both jury and non-jury matters and have tried cases in nearly every jurisdiction in Connecticut. Throughout my career, I have also participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations. I have successfully argued before the Connecticut Appellate Court and have appeared before the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Commission on informal, pre-formal and formal hearings.
