Megan Leah Moseley

Ms. Moseley was quite good at stretching as many billable hours as possible by not updating me on what she was doing, and moving forward with things not authorized by me on 2 different occasions. I had actually contacted a senior colleague in her firm because she had worked very well and efficiently... for me in the past. However, the last couple of times that person referred me onto Ms. Moseley...the 2nd time without my knowledge. I would never have agreed to work with Ms. Moseley again. Consequently, I will no longer contact any attorney at Simpson, Logback, Lynch, Norris for any legal as it looks like I will always be referred onto Ms. Moseley. Unfortunately, I referred 2 of my clients to her firm for legal work with their State Boards and they also experienced inflated billing as I had experienced.
