Gregory A Jones

Gregory Jones is a criminal defense, personal injury, employment, and medical malpractice attorney. Prior to joining Fazzano & Tomasiewicz, he obtained his Bachelors of Arts in Physics from Boston University. He then served for over eight years as a municipal police officer in Connecticut, investigating domestic violence incidents, assaults, property damage, intoxicated driving, among others, and conducting accident investigation and reconstruction.

He is a trained police instructor in areas of driving under the influence enforcement and emergency medical training. He is also a certified EMS-I, and previously served as an EMT for over 10 years

While working as a police officer he also attended law school at Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he worked as an associate editor on the Quinnipiac Law Review and graduated first in his class. After law school, Attorney Jones clerked at the Connecticut Supreme Court, first clerking for Justice Dennis Eveleigh (ret.), and then Justice Raheem Mullins. His experience at the Supreme Court involved researching complex legal issues and drafting opinions for the court in various areas of law, including criminal and personal injury issues.

Shortly after completing his clerkship, Attorney Jones worked for the law firm of Shipman & Goodwin, LLP, in its Employer Defense and Labor Relations practice group. There, he participated in labor negotiations for municipal employers and assisted in handling employment litigation before administrative agencies, state, and federal courts. He also assisted in various criminal defense and personal injury matters, including extensive work on significant personal injury matters involving death and serious injury.

Attorney Jones now brings his eclectic experience to the law firm of Fazzano & Tomasiewicz, LLC, where he provides effective representation to clients in a variety of settings.
