Recently, Attorney Tartsinis has guided commercial property owners through C-PACE (Connecticut Property Assessed Clean Energy) projects utilizing state financing to propel clean (solar) energy initiatives for their properties, including negotiating financing, understanding legal and tax implications, revising commercial tenant leases, and site plan and zoning issues for said projects.  Attorney Tartsinis contributed her legal expertise on said solar pv zoning issues to EnergizeCT's solar pv permitting guide.

Tartsinis Law Office LLC employs green eco-friendly office practices (including reducing paper waste, cloud based file storage, energy efficient lighting and heating and cooling systems) and is connected to the building owner's solar photovoltaic system (C-PACE/CT Green Bank financed project).
