They don't run IDs in any court in CT

You'll have to apply for a Pardon. If your DUI was a conviction yould have to include it as well in your Pardon application.

So they were arrested for criminal lockout ? If not the should have been and it should be addressed by the prosecutor in the housing court

No she just can't kick her out and change the locks . It's a crime called " illegal lockout " . She'll need to be evicted
