My experience was a little different from above review I had a custody battle going on in Milford superior court for almost a year due to the good old boy good old girl state Connecticut is KNOWN to be being a Hispanic from new York They had made sure I had the most difficult possible time I could ha...ve trying to get joint custody of my son my original attorney had no backbone would literally sweat in the court room From nervousness in fear that I was going to be going through this for years I decided I needed another attorney Mr. Medina was recommended to me through a friend of the family and quite frankly this man was the best thing that ever happened to me and my sons relationship he was the polar opposite confidence beyond belief in the court room and having several children & grandchildren and being Latino attorney Medina I guess took a liking to me He told me what was gonna happen Almost precisely to the date everything happened he made sure to constantly remind me repeatedly to make sure no matter what I did not lie in a court room it’s the only way I could hurt myself and Always reminding me that I was doing the right thing fighting to be the father I never had and that He respected me for it have a take about another year and a half I took about another tw he told me what was gonna happen I don’t was precisely to the date everything happened he made sure to constantly repeated me to make sure no matter what I did not lie in a court room it’s the only way I could hurt myself and Kept reminding me that I was doing the right thing fighting to be the father I never had It took about 2 years but I followed attorney Medina’s guidance and advice And I have 5 3 day weekends A every other weekend fri threw sun sleep over every Christmas a sleepover every New Year’s every holiday from Fourth of July to Columbus Day every other year I have my son for Thanksgiving Christmas New Year’s and Easter 2 full week vacations a year 50 % joint custody twice then ever thought I would receive all because of attorney Medina I would highly recommend this attorney because my back was against the wall and Mr. Medina knocked that wall down Since my custody battle ended in 2015 I have used attorney Medina for a criminal case in Ansonia as well as filed bankruptcy and Mr. Medina’s performance was nothing less than stellar at all three situations that i used him as my attorney I would again highly recommend this attorney!!

Mr. Medina never kept contact with me about my case nor did he return my unused retainer fee. His billing statements were very confusing and unrelated to my case. Additionally, he is not very versed in the type of Law he practices which varies from Real Estate to Bankruptcy to Criminal. He does not s...pecialize which makes him not a good choice if you're looking for expert representation. I would not recommend this Attorney to represent someone in a traffic violation let alone a case that could affect your life!
