We were referred to Atty. Feigenbaum by a friend of mine for a work related injury. I was receiving about 1/4 of my normal weekly pay for quite some time from workers comp and had to take some of my 401k money just to survive till he got involved with our case. Within a short time we received everyth...ing that should have been paid in a lump sum check and the payments were increased to what it should have been all along. I later had spinal surgery and after recuperating and returning to work on light duty the company agreed to settle with us and we were able to get a very good settlement, thanks to the wonderful work of Atty.
