EB1B case concluded successful

Bokshan firm is professional in preparing petition letter and all application packages. Bokshan accompanied us in the interview and guided us through the process. With the EB1 backlog in recent year my case was put on waiting list for more than a year. Finally got green card on hand last week.

Professional job

I heard first time about Bokshan law firm from my friend, whom Taras helped to obtain green card when previous lawyer failed process. So I didn’t look further but bring my case to Bokshan firm and as time shown it was a right decision. Taras helped us go thru the process from H1B visa extension to gr...een card. From my experience of working with Taras I can say now: he is is a professional as a lawyer and a man of his word as a person. I can recommend Bokshan Law firm to anyone who is looking for professional law support at immigration process.

Excellent - Please read detail review

Scores 5/5 Knowledge and skills as an attorney 4/5 Personality of attorney 5/5 Track record of an attorney 5/5 Ease of contact by email 4/5 Ease of contact by phone 5/5 Speed of which work is complete 5/5 Accuracy of work completed 4/5 Speed at getting an appointment 5/5 Fairness of pricing ...and overcharging 5/5 Ability to bottom line the reality and likely outcome of your case 5/5 Knowledge how progress about your case Main strengths When you meet with Evan, and his paralegal Eveel, you have 100% belief in his skills as an attorney and a law firm. They make you feel like your case has the best chance of success with them in the uncertain world of immigration. The paralegal, Eveel, he uses is excellent. Is very supportive about responding to emails and cries for help over the weekend! Does not overcharge and always tries to help you, often without extra charges. Can predict, sometimes to the day, when your green card and other information will come through from the government. Weaknesses Evan can bottom line things in a tough manner when he has explained things a few times already and he does not like to keep repeating himself after his third attempt at doing it. Tough love is often what you need though when you are a nervous wreck. Can vary his optimism according to his mood. Can be difficult to get hold of by phone, even the main office, so use email as you get a much quicker response even at weekends. Review Firstly, and most importantly I have learned that that there are many attorneys who claim to know about immigration. Do not go to them! Stick with the Bokshan Law Firm. They are specialist in immigration law, and this is the only area of law area they deal in. They have a proven track record of success. I have used The Bokshan Law Firm for the last 2 years in regard to my son, daughter and myself. I am married and came over here on a green card 3 years ago and Evan is working on all three cases for my family and wife. I have learned that if you use a good attorney, like Evan, you then can have a prediction about how successful your case will be from him. In the early stages on my immigration and other matters with UCIS we did the paperwork ourselves without an attorney and now we do not know what is going on. Use an attorney, even if it pushes your budget and you have to borrow the money. Really, most of the stress is removed when Evan has completed the paperwork from day one. The immigration system is so tough these days you must use a good attorney with a proven track record of case completion like Evan. Do not even think about going it alone especially with immigration interviews. Always keep all evidence and a copy of paperwork in regard to your case, although his record keeping is outstanding. There are times you need to refer to your paperwork regularly, appointments etc. Approximate costs. I actually have the Hyatt Legal Plan through work, and this means that they pay the first $900 of any case in terms of paperwork. Hyatt or other legal plans only cover part of the fees (approx. $900 of the start of the case). Make sure you understand this. $1700 Government Immigration forms (going up to $2700 approx. in 2020) $300 approx. Medical $1800 to $2600 approx. attorney fee in handing all paperwork $1500 approx. interview representation by Evan Special note: Must make an appointment to get advice, do not expect the attorney to start having a long conversation by email over a weekend, although he does respond initially just to answer your questions and concerns but will not allow this to drag on. A word on medicals: The UCIS list on where to get your medical is not great. Some companies in CT wanted to take over 2 ½ weeks to complete them and use older medical techniques. I went to Velocity Urgent Card in Rocky Hill, but this company has a lot of sites, and they completed it in 5 days and were simply amazing. Conclusion: Use this law firm, they are excellent.
