Cheryl routinely handles cases involving divorce and family law litigation, including contested dissolution matters, custody and visitation issues, asset and property distribution and post judgment modification and enforcement issues. The outcome of a family law matter can affect a family for years to come. In every case, Attorney Cassella is committed to working with her clients to try and reach both a prompt and effective resolution that will best serve that family's needs.
In addition to her experience with all aspects of family law, she also has significant personal injury experience. Not only has she worked on cases that resulted in multi-million dollar jury verdicts, she also has had considerable experience defending these same types of cases. Her defense experience allows her to offer a unique perspective to her personal injury cases. In her personal injury practice, she represents plaintiffs who have been injured in automobile accidents, work-related incidents, slip-and-fall accidents, and animal related injuries. Attorney Cassella also assists clients who have been injured as a result of medical malpractice.

Unhappy Client
Attorney Cassella delivered less then expected during my divorce case. During the case it appeared that Attorney Cassella was more interested in the opposing client then in representing the person paying her. It was not uncommon for her to not argue against allegations made by the opposing attorney. ...
"Cheryl is committed to diligent representation of her clients and has the experience and knowledge in all aspects of a divorce or custody case. I would refer a client to her with no hesitation."
"I haven't had the opportunity to work with Cheryl as opposing counsel yet. But, in a perfect world, I would choose Cheryl to work with. She is very much a family-oriented mother, which makes her approach to the practice of family law practical and appropriate. Going through a divorce is probably one of the most difficult things a person will experience in life, and if I ever have to go through it, I would hire Cheryl."
"Cheryl is a caring and compassionate lawyer, always willing to do what it takes to help her clients. She is attentive to detail and very knowledgeable in her field."
"Cheryl is a top notch person and lawyer. She is a pleasure to work with and devoted advocate. Anyone seeking representation would be lucky to have her in their corner."
"Cheryl is an experienced family law attorney who represents her clients with both compassion and conviction."
