My Grand children were unjustly Imorally I believe illegally taken on a OTC order from New Britain DCF managers and social workers all lied and then they refused to give my grandchildren to me based on arrest from the 90’s. This agency is quite corrupt The judges and attorney generals are all in the ...same bag it’s horrible they tortured my grandchildren and Mike Agranoff save them from a life of torture. 90 days of lots of hard work and dedication and they were released to me after they told me no way.DCF played dirty till the end day before a trial lots of money spent on preparation and motions they release them to me because they knew they all were wrong. I Believe without Attorney Mike Agranoff this would not of been possible. They still would’ve been torturing these two little girls New Britain DCF office should be dismantled Management needs to be changed.

Attorney Agranoff was a godsend. When my daughter was reported to State authorities for ignoring a child's eating disorder, although she had been trying every way she knew to get the teenager help, and was becoming increasingly distraught by the way she was being treated by said authority and suppo...sed caregivers, Michael Agranoff stepped in immediately on being asked and advised and supported her compassionately and effectively for the many months it took for the situation to be resolved. He was excellent at dealing with the State powers that be. Our story has a happy ending and I would heartily recommend him to anyone who could benefit from someone in his specialty.

Don't believe his claims that he can defend your DCF case or that he's affordable. He's only in it for the money. Pay your bill late, he threatens to drop you. Does not provide effective defense and often sends associates to court. Did not advise me regarding what evidence was being used against ...me. I was basically in the dark. He did not present any witnesses for me, medical records, or even allow me to testify on my own behalf. Did not ask the judge to recuse himself even though he had previously represented my ex-husband. Not only did I lose sole legal and physical custody, but my child was placed with virtual strangers thousands of miles away and I was not given any visitation. Not only did this man completely misrepresent me, but he billed me for roughly 12,000, which I refused to pay, so he sued me and put a lien on my house. When I filed a grievance against him he basically said I was uncooperative. DO NOT TRUST HIM!
