incompetent as a conservator !
She's my brother's conservator and she doesn't pay his bills on time, when he needs personal items, she never follows through and the home he lives in has to beg her to send him money so he can have the basics in life, like toothpaste, food, prescription copays, his rent. This person should be disbar...

Do not have her be your conservator
Lisa Foy is not a good conservator. She neglected my health and dental care for three years and does not return calls.
