Prior to entering private practice worked as an investigator with the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities investigating discrimination claims on behalf of State and Federal government. Experience representing both Plaintiffs/Complainants and Defendants/Respondents: before State and Federal administrative agency investigations (HUD/CHRO and EEOC/HUD); administrrative hearings/fact-findings; State and Federal Court.
Experience evaluating reasonable accommodation policies and forms. Experience providing Fair Housing compliance training to entities of all investigating discriminatory pattern allegations involving large municipalities.
