I initially started this when I was in a tough position economically. I made an appointment and spoke with Mary Ellen, Mr. Taub's paralegal who provided me with a wealth of information and assured me that I am on the path to financial freedom. I was given a very linient timeframe to pay the attorney ...fees and when I did I was mailed a packet with everything I needed to send in. Upon doing so, I was kept in contact with Mary Ellen, and Mr. Taub who informed me that due to the coronavirus outbreak, there might be a delay in my case. Upon the re-opening of the courts, I met with Mr. Taub electronically and he went over my case to ensure everything was correct and to ask me in-detail questions about my income. Before the final meeting with the creditors, I was given information on what to do and felt confident going into it. It was actually a quick and relatively pain-free process. I cannot thank Mr. Taub or Mary Ellen enough for changing my life.

Attorney Taub is extremely knowledgeable and his kind and supportive demeanor and expertise alleviated much of the anxiety surrounding the uncomfortable processes of bankruptcy and subsequent tax issues. It is clear Attorney Taub's advice is well researched and is reflected in his responses to my ma...ny questions. His answers felt specific to my case and not cookie-cutter. Attorney Taub seems to really care about his clients and works toward achieving the best remedy and result possible. He provides realistic remedies and through proper legal channels hope for a responsible fresh start is possible. He spends time explaining legalties and the interpretation of the law and results of different actions like different kinds of bankruptcies. I would definitely recommend him as an advocate. Mostly, he put me at ease because I was very worried to deal with all of this embarrassing and difficult actions. Also, it is very intimidating to deal with IRS on my own and with Attorney Taub. I knew i had a great advocate in my corner.
