I have been practicing law since June 2, 1988, and have been a trained mediator and a trained collaborative divorce attorney since 2005. I have been practicing in Avon, Connecticut since November, 2004, and have represented clients in front of Probate Courts, Superior Courts, the Connecticut Appellate Court and the Connecticut Supreme Court (twice, with 5-0 decisions in favor of my clients in both matters), as well as with the Connecticut Medical Board and the Department of Motor Vehicles. I clerked for the Superior Court for 3 and 1/2 years from 1989 to 1992, and have been in private practice ever since. I serve as a Special Master in Hartford family Court, conducting pre-trials and recommending how to resolve divorces, and I have served both the Hartford and New Britain Courts as an Arbitrator and Attorney Fact-Finder since 2005. I understand how judges think and rule, and I can help the client strategize a plan to achieve their goals. Currently, I serve as a member to the Town of Simsbury Public Buildng Committee and as a Justice of the Peace. I know how to listen, and I do my best to deliver quality representation for a good value.

Helped me with my knee
Atty. Moore mediated my divorce back in 2008. He helped me again in 2013 with a motor vehicle case, where I had a broken knee cap and he got me everything that was I was due. We worked so well together that he hired me as his assistant.
