The Klein & Babbitt Law Firm are a bunch of crooks. They charge like a $15,000 retainer and when you fire them they will not refund for any amount even if they went to court for just one day. Once they get your money they will star disrespecting you, swear at you, gas light you, give a narcissistic ...attitude, falsely accuse you of not sending them documents, they complicate your divorce case even more so they charge you more $450 an hour and $250 an hour for the paralegal Jessica that doesn't do anything but push all the responsibilities on you. Do not hire them because they will not pick up the phone when you need them and if you fire them will not refund you any amount back even if they only went to court for just one day. They will try to bill you additional monies as an excuse to not pay you back. Run from these crooked people or you will be sorry you ever hired them.

Hired Attorney Babbitt for my divorce. Never once received counsel. Mostly got forwarded emails from my wife's attorney with "thoughts?" at the bottom. Never responded to numerous calls or emails. In the end I fired her and she charged me $75 for a copy of my file which ended up being just numerou...s copies of my financial affidavit. Cannot emphasize enough to look elsewhere.
