Excellent Lawyer

I called William last summer after I was terminated by my place of employment after many years. Right from the first phone call, William was caring, compassionate and honest. I had never been involved in any sort of legal issue and was apprehensive and anxious about pursuing any form of lawsuit. After talking with him, I felt reassured and confident that I was making the right decision and hired him. He was amazing, from the beginning to end, keeping me informed, being realistic about our options and all the while keeping things light and as stress free as possible. He is professional, dedicated and thorough. In the end, he helped me achieve what we had set out to do. I would recommend him to anyone.

I hired William Petterson for his help in a ugly parent /child contact order. I felt my daughter was unsafe around her biological father. He was allowing her to do drugs and drink. He also parylized her in his car accident. The courts/judges didnt see it. They allowed him unsupervised visits with my 14 yr old daughter. As her mom, it's my duty to fight for her and be her # 1 advocate. I hired William in late April. After countless hours , research, filing motions, alot of communication, determination and some money, I got the result we wanted. We won!! He represented me professionally and did a wonderful job getting through to the judge. The hearing actually went better than I had thought it was going too. I couldn't be happier with the results, and my daughter is happy too. Fully Recommend

I was very hesitant to even explore legal alternative. I had looked into my situation and everything pointed to me having a claim. So I called Mr. Pettersen and got a VM message, of which I didn’t leave a message, having second thoughts. Well wouldn’t you know he called me back. We discussed my situation and he was very detailed in the questions he asked. After our conversation I felt very confident that I was making the right decision. Throughout the process I was kept up to date on any change or inquiry. Mr. Pettersen was very honest about what was realistic as the process unfolded. Always returning my messages or emails with answers to my questions or even to reassure me in the process. In the end we achieve the goal that we had set out to accomplish. Professional, courteous and reliable

We contacted the law firm and Bill became our lawyer to handle an eviction case. He got the eviction for us in short order. It did go to court. He is very professional, but concerned. He always answered our questions promptly by email. It was our first time dealing with Bill, but we will definitely call on him again if need be.
