Our firm is dedicated to helping our clients with estate planning, elder law, Medicaid and special needs planning and probate and trust administration. Those are the only areas we work in. We are one of only two law firms in Northern New England to have two lawyers certified as Elder Law Attorneys by the National Elder Law Foundation, an organization accredited by the American Bar Association.
Our law firm works on a team basis. Two of our assistants have been with me for over 14 years. We are dedicated to helping our clients make and implement decisions that are in their best interests. We are here to serve our clients.
We charge fixed fees for all our document work. We do not charge clients if they contact us with questions about their plan, even after we have completed the work. We like to hear from our clients and offer them a free meeting every three years to discuss their plan and determine whether changes are needed.
Personally, I live with my wife in Burlington, where i served on the City's Development Review Board for 20 years. I am a member of the Governor's Commission on Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders and previously served for six years on the Board of the Champlain Valley Agency on Aging (now known as AgeWell). I enjoy traveling, reading and socializing with friends.
