Kienan Duane Christianson

I am an attorney with a breadth of experience touching upon all aspects of litigation. Currently, I am an Associate with Lynn, Lynn, Blackman & Manitsky, P.C.

As a law clerk for Judge Azrack, I was trained in federal trial practice and researched and wrote on issues involving federal law. As a solo practitioner, I honed my transactional writing through researching and drafting employment agreements, software development agreements, and articles of organization. While at the Vermont Supreme Court, I researched and wrote on issues of constitutional significance and was submersed in appellate practice here in Vermont. As an Associate at Dinse, Knapp & McAndrew in the firm's litigation department, I provided stellar representation to institutions and private individuals primarily in the civil and commercial context. Finally, as a Staff Attorney at the Vermont Network Against Domestic and Sexual violence, I managed a very busy caseload with limited supervision from inception through an appeal.

I am a graduate of New York Law School, magna cum laude, and am barred in New York and Vermont.
