Some of the time when the ambulance shows up it was just an "accident." But sometimes the crash, collision, injury at work, assault, failed piece of equipment or slip and fall could have been avoided if the defendant just took as much care as the victim. Medical bills, lost wages and getting compensation for the pain and aftermath of injury are my job. Insurance adjusters work for the defendant and their job is to save money.

When a business engages in unfair or deceptive practices, consumers are protected by law. From borrowing money to buying homes or cars or renting property, consumers get ripped off, I aim to stop it and set it right.

The Workers Compensation system mostly works but when it does not I advocate for benefits and recovery.
