David is one of the few first-rate litigators in a small state. He was quick to grasp the key issues in our case, and unfailingly accurate in his understanding of how the law should apply - indeed considerably more so than our state court judges. His ability to recall facts is equal to the qualit...y of his legal reasoning. I have rarely made fewer comments or edits on a brief than with David's, in more than three decades of managing preeminent attorneys in complex international litigation. Having seen perhaps a dozen of the state’s litigators in action, I have found David far superior in efficiency, effectiveness and value.

Winning Federal Cases Against The United States Postal Service and Rosie and Dennis

David Bond did so much work with My Federal Cases against the United States Postal Service and Rosie and Dennis. There are Seven boxes of Files to prove it. Many Attorney's wouldn't take on such complex cases. David explained everything in complete detail as cases grew. Davids Tenacious behavior on ...both cases produced two financially rewarding outcomes. Extremely pleased with my experience with David Bond as my Attorney in both cases. David makes his Money the Old Fashion Way he earns it.

Legal Services Appreciated

Attorney Bond was very insightful into my small claims court appeal. He wrote an excellent, organized brief with supportive case law and presented the oral argument with conviction. I was appreciative of his enthusiasm and interest to accept the case, which was detailed and lengthy. He was always pat...ient with explanations to inquiries and responded promptly. Having an attorney support my cause provided me with confidence while pursuing a legal remedy.
