You don't say why you settled the case if you didn't think the amount offered was fair. If the settlement was in the ballpark of a fair...

Talk to your doctor. Prednisone has a lot of adverse effects. Yu don't have to be allergic to it.

You would have to be a lot more fact specific. You had the option of not settling unless he obtained your other records.
