Reversed a trial court decision which ignored both the plain language of a binding property settlement agreement and the plain language of both Virginia and Federal Law regarding division of a military ... pension. The Court had ordered my client to surrender 50% of the equity in the marital home (despite settlement agreement to the contrary) AND ordered him to pay 100% of the marital share of his military pension to former wife (double the allowable award under Virginia and Federal law)
