Kendall Lee Drew

I hired Kendall Drew to write a letter to a man about an unethical real estate transaction. I specifically told him on several occasions that I did not want the matter to go to court. His only approach was to file a suit in court and then he failed to represent me at the hearing. Not only that, he... never wrote the letter I requested; he failed to pursue discovery from the defendant (although I spent hours responding to their discovery questions); he charged me money to correct his own mistake; and when he realized I was going to complain about his poor performance to the Texas Bar, he petitioned the judge to be removed from the case saying he could not communicate effectively with me. This guy only knows how to charge money without accomplishing anything.
