Nathan N. Hodgkins

Attorney Hodgkins was very pleasant when I spoke with him. He asked me to send documents which I did but I never received confirmation. When I called to follow-up he said the secretary was supposed to call me. In that conversation I was told I would receive a contract in the mail, pay $750 as a retai...ner, and it wouldn't take long to resolve my issue. A month later I had not received the contract. I called and left a message to inquire and it has been over a week with no answer. Mr. Hodgkins was reassuring and helpful on the phone, but there is no follow through with paperwork, and at this point I am hesitant to pay someone $750 for a retainer when there is no action, no follow through, and no response to phone calls. I was looking forward to working with this attorney and getting my issue resolved. I wonder if he has moved? It would be good to notify people if this is the case.
