Biography
Jim Wholly has substantial experience providing representation for debtors in bankruptcy cases under Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13. After graduating law school, he worked as an attorney and partner at the Maine law firm of Gross, Minsky & Mogul from 1987 until 2002 practicing primarily in the area of bankruptcy. From 2002 until 2016, he served as a career law clerk in the Bankruptcy Court. He was also a judge advocate in the Maine Air National Guard from 1990 until 2013, followed by retirement as a lieutenant colonel until joining McCue Law Office in September, 2016. Jim enjoys cycling, playing racquetball, reading, and spending time with his dog in his spare time.
