Eight years ago during a difficult time in my life.I made a bad decision which resulted in me pleaing guilty to 2 Misdemeanour Charges.Recently I was unfairly charged with a crime and because of those other charges from years ago it would make this recent charge a Felony charge if convicted.I was inn...ocent and refused to plead guilty and wanted to go to trial.I started out w/a lawyer who took my case. A lawyer doesn't have to believe you to defend you but I wanted and needed someone to believe in me and fight for my innocence.I asked this first lawyer if they thought we would win in a jury trial and they looked at me and said NO they honestly thought if we took it to trial that we would not win and thought that the Plea offered by the prosecution was very fair.I refused to plead guilty to something I was not guilty of doing so I went on to find someone who would "fight" for me.I looked for hours online to find a lawyer who had experience in trial...Well..I found him.After looking over my case he looked at me with confidence and said he felt we had a strong case and although he couldn't guarantee a " Not Guilty" verdict he would guaranty he would do everything he could to fight in court for me and it was the first time since being charged that I had some hope.Zach immediately jumped in and planned my defense.I was impressed because he had a defense ready for every situation that might arise in court.He thoroughly explained everything to me and even had me prepare mentally for a guilty verdict and let me know he had a plan in place for that also.The day of the trial Zach went in very prepared and presented a very strong defense and the jury came back with a "Not Guilty" verdict.I went in facing a "Felony Charge" and came out " Not Guilty".If I had not found Zach Brandmeir.I could be sitting in jail with a Felony Charge that would have an affect on everything in my life for the rest of my life.
