Biography
Attorney William G. Bart has lived in Maine for over three decades, and is proud to practice law in this great state. Born in Boston, Attorney Bart graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maine, before earning his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law. He has been practicing law for 15 years, and started his own practice in 2007. Since becoming a sole practitioner, Attorney Bart has been one of the most respected defense attorneys in the area, and has helped countless Maine residents with criminal law issues, including felonies, misdemeanors, and OUI.
He has been admitted to the Maine Supreme Judicial Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Maine, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit. Additionally, he is a member of the Maine State Bar Association, the Maine Trial Lawyers Association, and the Main Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Attorney Bart currently lives in Levant with his wife. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, canoeing, and snowshoeing.
