Joseph M. Baldacci

He didn't show up for court a few times. He files A LOT of motions to continue. Sometimes you will be notified, sometimes you will not. He will review your case but only high level so you'll need to do a lot of self advocating and reminding. Also has a habit of having other attorneys in his office fi...ll in for him last minute but won't explain details of case fully to attorneys he has take cases. He's probably a good person, and his name obviously carries a lot of weight to other law related persons in the area, which is a positive for your case.

Mr. Baldacci was hired for a very complicated family law case. He spent a lot of time learning the history & details of the matters involved. He has a calm demeanor, reflective, assured, and, due to his legal expertise, has the ability to hone in on the issues at hand & what part of the history is pe...rtinant in preparing the case & presenting it to the court. He has been a lawyer for a long time, & while this doesn't always translate into legal expertise or knowledge of the courts, or how to draft responses to motions, etc., in Mr. Baldacci's case it does. Experience with the courts, expertise with the law, how that translates to a situation, & how to handle that situation is critical, and Mr. Baldacci has all of this expertise and comfort in handling complicated situations. While there were times we were concerned about what was happening, he stayed calm, and was fully prepared going into court & defending motions. This difficult case was won initially, and also on appeal. We thank him for his kindness, expertise, & compassion. He did a fantastic job and are so grateful for him!
