personal experiences

I've know Chris Bond personally since 2012. He was the treasurer at the Sebago Lake Condo Owners Association. He wrongfully placed a lien on my unit, 1/2015 because I refused to pay his unlawful antics by-way of manipulating the association bookkeeper and our annual budgets. He has not once with his... attorney, proved that I owe any of his financial accusation claims. Prior to the lien my attorney was negotiating with Bond when Bond placed the lien. My attorney stated to him in an e-mail that he was taking a much needed vacation. As soon as my attorney left for vacation Bond placed the lien on my unit. After the 6 year statue ran out on the lien he added a foreclosure into the mix at the superior court house. Bond as the then treasurer had been charging me over inflated interest charges, late fees and undocumented associated cost that were never added into our annual budgets. Not only is he holding my cottage hostage, he threw in ridiculous contingencies and stipulations on every offer presented to him by my attorney making it impossible to settle. He premeditated my foreclosure to the members at the lodge going as far back as, 2016. As our Treasurer he took it upon himself to charge me for other unit owners electric usage and the electric usage cost for some of the common ground utilities. Bond has on multiple occasion violated our own condo by-laws and declarations and suffered no consequences. When I tried to get separately metered he refused to work with me, making it impossible to do so. I find him to be a hypocrite, thinks he's above the law and abuses his powers. My best description from my personal experience in dealing with him is. A charming but arrogant well versed intelligent professional. But underneath all this is a, controlling charismatic fraud with vindictive narcissistic retaliatory behaviors.
